Company Statement: COVID-19

For the health and welfare of our colleagues, partners and customers, to help limit the spread of Coronavirus, and protect our NHS, we are suspending operations at our offices and factories in Nantyglo, until further notice.

Having already taken steps to wind down production and furlough a number of factory staff, we have now ceased manufacturing altogether.  All remaining operatives will be furloughed.  We thank those who have worked to fulfil requirements in recent days for their efforts and commitment.

Our office staff have also been furloughed, or where possible, are working from home.

With a core team working remotely, we can still handle enquiries and generate quotations.  Our primary means of communication is email.  So, we can handle your enquiries efficiently, please email sales@taylorlanewales.co.uk, as we cannot guarantee that your existing contact will be working during this unsettled period.

We are also working with our customers and sub-contractors to close sites safely, securely and as quickly as possible.   This will be completed in accordance with government, National Assembly for Wales, and Public Health Wales guidelines.

If you have any questions or need our help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via sales@taylorlanewales.co.uk.  We advise those with an urgent enquiry to email the senior managers listed below, as appropriate.
